Because of the number of students we have here at ProForexTrades, we are unable to keep track of when each student’s membership renews. Because of this it is the student’s responsibility to keep track of their reoccurring membership and cancel it when they see fit. We do our best to make every customer aware of this. Our checkout states several times “$___ every __ Months” and also says “First renewal: __/__/____”.
Every customer must also check a box before completing their purchase, acknowledging that it is their responsibility to cancel the agreement and that they can cancel any time at ProForexTrades.com/Account. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. If you reach out to us about your problem, we might be able to give you an additional month of service complimentary, but we do not issue refunds for forgotten membership.
